Amazing is a understatement, the introduction to UVC Presents: They Did Surgery On A Vampire starts off with Indigo going sick - then a showcase of #Midas808 production before Indigo picks it up again and blesses the tape. This is only right for the grand journey we are unknowingly about to partake.
GoPager has such a smooth flow I couldn't help but hang on every word, Snackz is one of those tracks that make you want to learn more about the artist and I couldn't help but look at more of his catalog which is official too. So far UVC Presents a platinum line up.
Around the corner we get some of that DMV sound, the production by #Prxz is the definition of turn up music $hogun Jones dives right in with a laid back assertive trap flow killing the beat and talking that ish #LilKra$h is a refreshing feature and it's nice to see a solid collab on such a project.
Rollin was created for a performance. Dead Breed brings a energy that is undeniably addictive making the weakest of souls want to jump around like maniacs. The delivery is rough with a gritty side that isn't scary, this is a act to keep your eye on.
The subtle difference in the selection for They Did Surgey On A Vampire makes this a start to finish type of soundtrack. The artist go well together and each track has it's own flavor making every song that much more enjoyable. Which makes me think of another stand out track that was created by 1%serotonin. It reminded me of a old school love song with a modern sound, a beautiful spot and another highlight of how diverse this entire project really is. When it comes to creativity I would give this a 10 out of 10. I didn't hear anything that sounded off or out of place for the standards set so early on.
